Tulsi is supposed to be anti-inflammatory, and I belive it. My back pain has completely gone away after drinking 1-2 cups a day for the past few weeks.
Drinking this tea has not prevented me from getting colds/flu. HOWEVER, my cold/flu symptoms are always way less severe than those around me. In addition, I have noticed the greatest effect on my stress level and quality of sleep. Will continue buying this tea, and I have recommended it to friends and family.

I love this brand of tea. It feels good knowing that I'm doing something good for my body. The taste is mild and pleasant. These plants have been used since ancient times for wellbeing.
Ok tea but made me feel strangely- maybe that is the purpose?

The taste is ok, there is no delight but not disgust either. However after drinking it I felt just strange sensation in my body, like the blood is thinner or something. Felt energized after.

I'm trying to cut back on black tea, and this is a good alternative, especially with its purported health benefits. If you're not used to strong herbal flavours, this might take some getting used to. Goes nicely with a touch of honey.
