Nice soup, good for a quick meal if you can't be bothered preparing something. A little more watery than I expected but better than the Health Valley equivalent. Had to add more salt though.

Healthy and tasty but pasta was mushy

This is very healthy soup that meets our strict diet (Dr. Ornish). My only complain is that the macaroni in the can was too mushy to our taste. My spouse is an Italian and our pasta needs to be al dente. But maybe it's impossible to make non mushy ministrone canned soup.
