This is the only Kosher vitamin K2 I could find anywhere. It's a pity it's not certified non GMO. We've been using it for a while. I can't say I feel a difference, but not necessary to feel. It's probably doing the job keeping the calcium in the bones together with the Vit D3.

After reading about K2 I decided to add it to my nutrition. I chose this brand because they use the Non synthetic MK and that's what I wanted. The only thing I would check into is that it's Non Gmo which sadly I forgot to check and don't see a Non Gmo lable on the product or in the product overview. If it's not Non Gmo I would make sure to get a brand that is.
