As a dietary supplement, mix each serving in 10-14 fl.oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. For best results, use 2 servings per day in combination with a ketogenic diet. Do no take this product within 6 hours of bedtime.
