Cooking Directions

To Make in Microwave:

Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add 2/3 cup water.

Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes; stir.

To Make with Boiling Water:

Empty packet into bowl.
Add 1/2 cup boiling water; stir.

Allow to sit for desired consistency. For thicker oatmeal, use less water.

For thinner oatmeal, use more water. Use a pot holder to handle a hot bowl.

the amount per packet is a major factor when I buy instant oatmeal (it ranges from under 30g to 50g) and this is a decent amount. I think Kashi products are generally very good.

Easy and convenient serving sizes. I find it better when heating the liquid and cereal simultaneously. It's quick, filing, and not stuffed with all the junk many of the other instant cereals are.

Love this as I bought this for breakfast. It works in hot water too! My only complaint, it is quite sweet. The sugar is hard to dissolve in hot water as it clusters together at the bottom of the cup. Keeps me super full till lunch so I do not overeat. Will definitely reorder & try other hot oatmeal flavors.
