1. Cleanse and tone your face.
2. Unfold single use mask. 
3. Apply following  the contours of your face, adjusting around eyes and mouth area. 
4. Leave on for 10-20 minutes.
5. Remove mask and gently pat face to absorb remaining essence into the skin.
6. Apply any remaining  essence in the pouch to your neck and body.
