- Boil - Bring 1 1/2 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot
- Cook - Add 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Finish - Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Tip: Sprouted quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white germ is visible.
Makes about 3 cups.
