I've been purchasing this niacin supplement for years. 250mg is a good dosage of niacin for me. The size of a tablet is not too big to swallow. It flushes sometimes but not always and I have no idea why it does and doesn't. I take 2 tablets daily. I haven't expected before taking niacin but it makes my skin of face and body quite smooth! What a surprise.

I purchased this because 500 mg causes me extreme itching. This dose is much easier to take. I have not had any issues taking the 250 mg tablets even when taking several a day as long as I wait at least 2-3 hours between doses.
