Firstly, I love that this is alcohol free! With a line like “ Greatest shine on Earth” I was a bit worried that this would make me look like I had a Jheri curl or give me that wet hair look. This is surprisingly good. I apply a leave in conditioner to my washed 2b curls, then apply a bit of grapeseed oil and then a bit more of this and leave to air dry... my curls look great. No flakies, no stickiness, just healthy looking nicely defined curls. Light weight hold, but that’s all I need. If you need a strong hold, this isn’t going to do it. I have very thick hair and this last me a little over a month. Also, It doesn’t leave behind a lot of build up like some hair gels, and it doesn’t cause me to break out. Will repurchase! ️️️️️
