I am a big fan of the formulation of this multi-mineral supplement. It includes moderate doses of high quality, easily absorbed minerals from Albion Laboratories. In addition, the fact that it is iron-free and not too high in calcium makes it perfect for men concerned about getting too much of these nutrients. Healthy Origins is a great brand and iHerb's prices are the best around. I'm still on my first bottle, but this will be my go-to multi-mineral supplement from now on.

I will only use the Chelated form of minerals produced by the Albion company. Why? Because like you I only want the best and most bioavailable form of product that I can get. Just makes sense! 80% of all americans are magnesium deficient; which should scare the heck out of people if they truly understood the ramification of these facts!
