I give these to my 8 and 10 year old and they like the flavor. As a Mom who has the MTHFR gene, it is highly likely that my children have it to (in fact my son has 3 lip/tongue ties so I'm certain he has the gene!). I am happy that the B vitamins in this are methylated. It is a must!
