I ordered this mega-useful blend of very useful berries, mushrooms, vegetables, fruits, herbal extracts (Organic American Ginseng [root] 4: 1 Extract, Grapeseed Extract Blend) and other useful things for immunity health: Spirulina, Chlorella, Wheat Grass, Green tea, elderberry, Pomegranate, Blueberry, goji, mangosteen, Cranberry, Tomatoes, Acai, Goji, mushrooms: Reishi, mycelium -Trametes, Maitake and Shiitake for longevity of the immune system. And also lactobacilli 1 billion, inulin (from artichoke root), and even enzymes (Protease, Amylase, Lipase, Cellulase). That is, the composition is just mega-useful. Read 2 reviews in Russian and was just shocked. People wrote that the taste of muck and nothing more, no information. I tried and laughed for a long time, because the taste is quite nice. I tried other green mixtures (look like a powder) like that, but they tasted even worse, and this mixture has even a berry flavor along with a characteristic aftertaste of similar green blends. It is taken once a day, 1 tsp. For a glass of water (8 ounces is 230 ml, where 6-8 ounces of water or juice is written, that is, it can be smaller than a glass). When I took a similar composition of another firm, immunity rose very well, I think this is even more useful, because the composition is slightly richer than that.
