It's cool that it's guilt-free, but personally, it didn't sit well with my taste buds. Not a fan of the flavor. Good on the stats, not so much on the palate. It’s good that it’s zero carbohydrates, but it’s very difficult to eat

Very runny and watered down taste. It had an oily after taste. I tried to add some s/f cherry gelatin to it to improve the taste and firm it up, but the oily after taste was still prevalent. Out it goes. This has been a big failure of taste testing some of Waldens products. I have used their salad dressings and like many of them, but so far, not liking their other products.

Yes, I did notice stevia (extract) on the ingredients listing. As it was pentultimate, figured this was so small an amount as not to matter. Wrong! There is just enough stevia to leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Stevia aside, this so-called spread is more akin to a jelly. And not a very flavorful one. And btw, Blueberry was no better.
