i bought this product as i wanted a vitamin powder that i can add to my smoothies. I really like that is contains so many more nutrients than most vitamin powders. It does contain Guarana powder (caffeine) but the dose is low. I find it a bit too sweet (sweetened with Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium) but it is overall a good product.

Allmax make great products. I was doubtful of trying a multivitamin in powder form, but this tastes great. Since not many people like it in powder form this is much cheaper then pills. Get when it is on sale and bingo. This multivitamin also contains glucosamine which is good for bone health. If you workout and feel that pain in bones sometimes this should help.
