Bread with the addition of rice flour is very tasty. I keep the sourdough starter on the table and feed it every day according to my own recipe I need a lot of flour I will buy it Once again

The quality of this product is great as the flour doesn't become crumbly. I use it for gluten-free banana bread, thickening my soup, and breading some meat... it's so versatile! And the size of the package is perfect to keep it in the side door of my fridge which isn't huge.

Good quality white rice flour.

I needed this for several purposes -- Chinese "intestine noodle" which are thin steamed noodles made with rice flour and water (no intestines involved -- they just resemble intestines!). I also use it as one of the ingredients in Korean veggie or seafood pancakes. I also come across other recipes that require white rice flour from time to time, so I like to keep some around. This brand seems to be good quality. I often buy Bob's Red Mill brand products.
