I have been using this product for only a couple of days but I already feel my complexion more even. I use the Cos De Baha Azelaic acid and Hinokitol at night time in clean skin after cleansing and toning my skin. I am using it in conjunction with the Tranexamic acid as I’m looking forward to a more even tone with less dark patches. This is a great product as well as the several others I have tried from this great, reliable, affordable brand and that’s why is often out of stock! I recommend and planning to buy more. I never thought my skin could improve so quickly from just a few products. This is a great serum, I dont even use moisturiser with it. It has no scent. I have sensitive acne prone skin, and its very gentle on it. I use it every evening, and the size of the bottle os generous for it to be enough for about 2 months.
I have an acne prone skin with both active acne and acne scars. I use this serum every night after a toner. It stings a bit during the first 10-15 min but it leaves no redness or burns at all. In the morning my skin has improved appearance, looks much brighter, toned, and clean. The main disadvantage of this product is its scent - it really stinks for the first 15-20 min. So I try to use it 30-40 min before I go to bed
I took it to work with acne and post-acne. I liked this product because it also contains niacinamide, salicylic and hyaluronic acid. Its texture seems to be a little oily, there is a rather strong aroma, but it feels pleasant on the skin. I use it in my nighttime skincare routine - cleansing and toning, then this serum, and finish with a nourishing cream. It leaves your skin very smooth and beautiful, with time you can see that the acne marks and spots do fade.
Great serum! In a few days, she coped with my subcutaneous rashes. I also have problems with facial redness and skin sensitivity. Worked very well for my skin too! I liked it more than with 10% azelaic acid. It works better on my skin.
After watching Doctorly I decided that I need Azelaic Acid and Niacinamid. I had hormonal cystic acne, and it is a long battle. I tried everything. So... in the beginning of using this product I had purging, but then it got better. Right now I am using it approximately 6 months . What I noticed is that the pores are getting smaller, so they are less likely getting the black heads. I added many other products like Adopelen, and glycolic acid. I have no patience to use the just couple of products, I want this is get over faster.
I only used a few times but I can say that the quality of it is amazing! The packaging feels cheep but the product is so good! Decent size. I’m only concerned about the scent. It smells pretty bad… I’m not so sure if it’s good for super sensitive skin as it has many many actives.
Overall Good product. I bought it for the azelaic acid in hope to lighten the pigmentation on my face. The strong funky scent comes from the tea tree oil which acts as an anti bacterial agent so I remind myself whenever I put it on and I’m like… eew what’s that smell - ok, it’s good for my skin. The scent goes away after awhile so you get use to it.
I hate the smell of tea tree, but I love the results of this serum on my teint. I prefer serums with several actives combined, so this has the perfect ingredients for me. I have rosacea and I use it twice per week, and it does not couse dryness or increase the redness of my teint.
I have been using this product for several weeks before sleep and I noticed that my skin looks healthier and calmer in the morning. I like that it does not leave an oily film, probably due to Niacinamide it dries well and gives a soft matte finish. Use SPF AM. Regarding the smell: an ashtray smell fades soon and actually for some it will be a bonus - I know many niche perfumes smell much much, well... stronger.
After using this serum for two weeks each day I can share the first results. Composition of this serum is great and texture is light enough to feel comfortable with it. Serum doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, evens out skin tone and my skin in general looks more fresh and radiant, the blemishes on my face have reduced - even post acne. I have no hyperpigmentation on my face, age 34 years, sensitive combination skin that tends to oily. But should warn - if you have some acne on your skin, try to avoid acne areas when you use acid serums or you can aggravate your acne.
