The big ones are of course more economical, but these are great for herbs I want to try for the first time or I don't use as much. This particular purchase was a gift. I have used these for years and continue to do so because of the quality and freshness of herbs. Happy with my purchase. Nettles are traditionally used for seasonal allergies, like a natural antihistamine. They are also full of minerals, can potentially support health liver and healthy skin. I purchased this nettle to make "nora tea" for the benefits during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It's been used for many years to prepare the body for birth and lactation. In the package I received, the nettle looked to be good quality, nice and greed and fragrant. I mixed it with other frontier co-op herbs (oatstraw, red raspberry leaf, rosehips) along with alfalfa from a different brand. I will be buying from here again when I run out! I use this tea as an ingredient as part of tea blends. It’s great quality and I appreciate the health benefits such as reducing inflammation. It’s important for me that it’s organic and it’s a solid price for the amount of tea. I’ll be repurchasing.
Stinging nettle leaf is plant medicines highest source of Iron. I used this product to make a tincture to benefit me. It also tastes good as a tea. I supplement with the tincture every day as it’s improved my health. Quality packaged product to keep herb fresh. Package comes with the Stinging nettle leaf ingredient.
I feel like this is from a quality company the amount is pretty small but it’s tea so it will last you a little while. If you’re planning on needing a lot I would personally buy a bigger bag so it will be cheaper by the oz but this one is good for occasional sippers or to try out :)
I brewed this along with raspberry tea leaf. This tea is often claimed to help decrease labor time, strengthen the uterus, and improve labor outcomes in people who are pregnant. For most people, it's generally recommended to drink 1–3 cups (237–710 mL) per day. I drank 1 cup each day and started feeling more braxton hicks contraction the past few days. Sounds like quality tea leaves. Taste is ok!
I got this to help with “the weird pregnancy rash”, and I noticed immediate improvements and it did help keep the rash at bay!! (Otherwise you have to wait until delivering your baby for any relief!) The taste is a little on the herb side of flavors; but it’s not hard to drink it. I always love the quality of this brand! Great product!

Nettle tea exhibits numerous benefits and is a strong immune booster. It's only composed of organic nettle leaf, so the ingredient is safe. Its taste is a bit sweet, which I like. All the leaves are packaged in a zipper bag, so you may need to prepare a separate tea bag every time you drink it. I used to buy another brand, but this one is much cheaper in a larger size (given that I drink it every day), so I bought this. But I think its quality is not bad and worth a try.
Another fantastic herb from Frontier Co-Op. I am so thankful that they offer organic products to consumers. I find improvements in my seasonal allergies and feel my best when I incorporate these herbs in my regime. It's a wonderful cleansing supplement, very light tasting, yet somewhat bitter and of very high quality. Will buy again!
This is excellent quality loose leaf tea. A little goes a long way, so one package will last a long time. This is therefore a very economical option, in addition to the good quality ingredient. The taste is good, and it seems to taste fresher than various teas that I have tried in teabag form.
