The quality of this Egg White Protein was exactly what I was looking for. I've tried so many different proteins and this one is clean, without any soy, plant or whey protein! I love that you can mix it with anything, and it's a great way to get in your protein needs without any funky flavor.
Great price for this item and I am happy with it so far. I plan to use it to make a Keto angel food cake. :) It doesn't leave you with a real strong egg taste, which is good and it fluffs up just like egg whites. Great quality compared so some other brands I've used.
The best quality i have seen in the egg white industry. taste great, for the size of container and the price it is the best value. As for ingredients, you can't mess it up. i use it for Keto diet and making bread, which gives the same composition as bread.

I really enjoy this protein powder. I use it because I need extra protein as I am getting older, and am mostly vegetarian. I just mix it with a little boiled water and it makes kind of scrambled eggs. Really tasty with a little himalayan salt and walnut oil, on top of rice! Easy to digest and delicious.
I am on a keto diet so I am constantly looking for good keto snack, I use it to bake and the bread comes out quite decent. The keto bread taste delicious The ingredients seem clean and high quality. If the price can be a bit cheaper it would be good.
great quality product! very nice quality package for the supplement also Iherb delivers very well. taste is good (no taste pill). the company is very known...so no concern about product! i think it is good supplement for the diet and good for improvement and composition. the ingredient list is legible and informative

i use this product for coating my fried chickens etc. if you are on keto diet/lifestyle, then you have limited options for what to coat/breading with. If your muslim/jew/christisn then you are not supposed to use potk products (like potk rind). and almond flour and coconut flour does not give the ideal coating behaviour and flavour. whey protein works ok. but egg white powder is better. egg white powder gives more air between breading and the chicken, which makes it litle bit more tasty. egg white is also healthier than whey protein. sadly the price is high (i use up this box after only 2 rounds x 1kg of chicken). i would normally have reduced 1 point due to too high price. quality seems to be good. and the ingredients are clean.
