I love pastries filled with almond paste and I bought Odense almond paste in order to make cookies (Cherry/Almond paste cookies). Inside the box is a tube of paste. The instructions suggest flattening it for a pie crust, which I may try. The flavor is a nice, I would say, mild almond flavor and matches baking well for that subtle flavor. The price (I think) is good value for the amount you get. Almond lovers will enjoy it.
