This supplement is a small white powder capsule. I have been researching and taking various of the B vitamins over the past year. This vitamin, Niacinamide is a different form of B-3 than the more typically taken Niacin. It has never caused flushing for me. I take this for skin health as this is supposed to help with reducing inflammation and general skin health. I also use this to help with nerve health and to reduce nerve pain.
