What these articles failed to mention is that rosemary is a powerful diuretic, and should be taken along with a couple glasses of water. I neglected to do this by simply adding the extract to my evening meal. After just 2 days I became extremely dehydrated. I have decided not to take more of this herb with all the inconvenience of extra glasses of water.
