The powder dissolves well. The taste is less "coconuty" than what I would prefer. Perhaps this is what the manufacturer can work on as their next improvement. Hydration wise, it does a great job replenishing electrolyte loss during exercise. I only take about 1 and half teaspoon of it with 800ml of water though.
