Use use only as directed. Take one serving (approx. 1 scoop) of COR-Performance® Creatine with 6 fl. oz. of water or other beverage of choice before, during, or after training. On non-training days, take one serving (approx. 1 scoop) in the morning. 

Loading Phase: If you are not currently consuming a creatine product, for best results, begin by consuming one serving (approx. 1 scoop), four times per day for the first 5-7 days. 

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults, 18 year old of age or older. Do not consume if pregnant or nursing. Do not use this product if you have any serious medical condition. Before using this product, consult with a licensed, qualified, health care professional, including but not limited to, if you suspect you have or have been treated for, diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition, or if you have been using any prescription or over-the-counter medication. Immediately discontinue use and contact a medical doctor if you experience an adverse reaction to this product. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
