MAG-8 is a magnesium complex that yields 426 mg of elemental magnesium derived from 2300 mg of 8 different forms of magnesium.
As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules per day on an empty stomach.
Hypromellose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, and silica.
