A once a day prenatal multivitamin and supplement formulated based upon recommended daily dosages of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12 and Zinc.
Adults - Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, glyceryl triacetate, titanium dioxide, fd&c red #40, fd&c yellow #6, <1% tocopherols, maltodextrin, alginate, gum acacia, pea starch and sucrose as processing aids.
