N-Acetyl-l-Cysteine (NAC) is used by the body to create antioxidants, including the most powerful one, glutathione, that protects the body from free radicals. NAC also has a high affinity for lung tissue, providing nutritional support to lung cells.
Specifically, supplementing with NAC supports tissue levels of the antioxidant glutathione.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily, between meals.
