What is 5-HTP?
5-Hydroxytryptophan, or 5-HTP, is an amino acid that converts to serotonin in the body. Serotonin is a substance that acts as a neurotransmitter, or chemical that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another.
As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years of age and over, take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
