What is Astragalus?
Astragalus, from the Astragalus membranaceus plant, is an herb native to China that been used for centuries as an adaptogen and restorative tonic. An adaptogen is a substance that can help the body adapt to stress, bringing back homeostatic balance after exposure to an internal or external stimulus.
In traditional Chinese health practices, astragalus is combined with other adaptogenic herbs, such as angelica, ginseng or licorice, and brewed into a strong tea or made into soup.

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
