As a dietary supplement, chew and swallow 2 tablets before meals containing problem foods or as directed by a healthcare professional. This enzyme helps prevent gas from many foods including: beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, corn, lettuce, oat bran, onions, peas, peanuts, peppers, seeds, soy, whole grains and more.
