What is Vitamin E with Selenium?
Vitamin E 268 mg with Selenium is a combination formula providing 268 mg of vitamin E in its natural form, plus 50 mcg of the trace mineral selenium.
Selenium is a trace mineral required by the body in small amounts. It’s naturally found in soil and water, as well as some foods. Brazil nuts are the best source, while whole grains, meat, seafood and yeast also provide some selenium.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
