What are rose hips?
Rose hips are the seed pods, or fruit, of the rose plant—located between the stem and petals at the base of the flower. They’re sometimes used to make herbal tea, jelly, syrup, pies or wine. Rose hips are well known for their vitamin C content.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
