I started taking the Vital B Complete Complex because I was feeling constantly tired and needed a boost for my energy levels. Within a week, I noticed a significant improvement—I feel more alert and less fatigued throughout the day. My mood has also been more stable, which I think is thanks to the B vitamins supporting my nervous system.Excellent!
Update after 6 months: I had to stop taking this B-complex due to stomach upset. After about a month of constant use I was having persistent belly pain and nausea. I took it with food, but still was having issues. I hope you have better luck than me. Original review: First off, the price is very competitive. I have been taking it for two weeks now, and so far I am very pleased. PINCH OF SALT WARNING: this may be coincidence, but... my energy has improved and my overall tolerance of exercise as well. I have been managing my CFS/ME/FM for years, and this is one of the supplements that seems to be working. It is early days, but hopeful so far.
