I like the quality of package and ingredients just as much as you need for any age adult woman .Size is good, I’m taking one pill daily instead two and I can see changes already , I start loosing less hair and skin become more radiant and I guess waking up in morning not that struggle as before. I have good results but it could be due to taking myoinositol and spearmint twice a day.
