Not sure if it works but i take it

Niacinamide is a precursor for NAD+, it's a cheap way to increase NAD. We take 1 tablet daily and we take NMN 2-3 times a week this week we don't have to go through the NMN which is expensive. Does any of this work? I don't know, we just follow the science and hope for the best.

was looking for time released niacinamide to help my brain heal from pshychosis and schizophrenia. i tried many types of niacinamide. this seems to work better. thet say for therapeutic amount use 2,500 mg a day = 5 regular caps. does help for nervous system. no taste or side effects i could notice. maybe now with time released it will take less. just a couple of days so can't assume for long term. but my body adjust fast since a i med injured from a bad antibiotic called cipro - flouroquinolone toxcity sydrome. that has 8 severe adverse effects/ remarks on the fda.
