I was using a basic Hair, Skin & Nails supplement from my local pharmacy for years. I felt I needed a little more now that I'm over 30 but I can't afford expensive serums or moisturisers for my skin. I was getting the occasional red splotches with stress or lack of sleep, and without a weekly nail strengthening regime my long nails would flake and turn brittle. Since taking 2 of these before bed at night I can now stretch my strengthening regime out to once a month and the white tips of my nails grow incredibly long very quickly. The red splotches on my face also appear to be gone. I use this alongside my HS&N supplement but the two together are working wonders. Very pleased with this product and it doesn't taste awful under the tongue at all.

Sweet tasting and easily dissolves once taken. You can also add these to water if you prefer. The jury is still out about how effective they are but I have experienced less severe symptoms after taking as a daily regimen. So far I am very satisfied.

A naturopath recommended that I try this product for my fingers. I have hard, bony swellings, which I believe are called Herberden's nodes that can develop in the distal interphalangeal joints, the joints closest to the end of the fingers. I believe this is a result of training traditional karate for 20 plus years. I think it is working, as the nodes have not gotten any larger and sometimes they don't seem as large. After I finish this bottle I should have a better idea of its effectiveness.
