Quality of NOW Colloidal mineral is excellent. The ingredients are made from pure fulvic acid trace minerals. The size is large. The benefits of trace minerals (iodine, selenium, chromium, vanadium, etc) are immense to the general health. Most people are deficient in trace minerals due to the top soil depletion and from industrial agriculture.
Chronically unwell? Probably shouldn't try this
If you have serious health issues, this probably should be one of the last things you try. This is a naturally derived, non-standardized product, meaning the manufacturer has no control over what's in it and in what proportion, which is why the nutritional value label is so vague. This also means that there could be a lot of substances in it that your body cannot handle or that interact negatively with the meds you take. The overwhelming positive reviews clouded my judgment, and I suffered as a consequence. Please learn from my mistakes.
