I bought this for the energy. The dosage of caffeine and amino acids, etc. are good. It does leave me a bit jittery at times, but I solve that with l-theanine (which calms jitters associated with caffeine). It could taste better- I don't love the strong sweetener flavour. I would rather something be less sweet and have a milder fake sugar taste. All in all, the size is good and the quality is fine. It's a good substitute for pop if you add it to soda water with a splash of lemon or lime.

Really nice sherbet like flavour and good for a light preworkout drink. However this doesn't compare to a normal pre-workout drink like NO-xplode for example, it doesn't have the kick. And for actual BCAA content it doesn't get close to Amino-energy from ON. This one is much cheaper though and does taste great so I'll probably buy it again in the future
