Great! helped me a lot and energized me! If it is your first time using caffeine though be VERY careful with the amount you take (relative to your weight of course). I took a full pill after once or twice of using it and I went for a workout..I felt like my heart was going to pop out during a bench press. 0verall, great product, use it only when you do need it (caffeine is addictive as we know), and be careful with the amounts (slowly go up if u feel like you need more). and that's it! if you liked that review please consider leaving a thumbs up :)
