this blend is finely milled, so be warned because it'll go everywhere if you're not careful. i have a few scoops, so not a full serving. the ingredient list of not extensive or overwhelming, just basic good stuff. the flavor is good, tastes like banana nut bread batter. not too gritty.
I was a bit hesitant when I read the reviews on this one. People wrote about drinking sand and horrible taste. I personally found the taste very good, if you like banana of course. 4 scoops made me very full for quite a while, no hunger whatsoever. Looking at the overall ingredients this is great value! i will reorder!
great flavor , fits perfectly to my new diet, this blend taste good and with no added sugar. the size of the package is a little bigger than I thought but already planned to make some pickles with the box after I am done. LOL
Some days I just don't have the time to make a protein shake using my blender or my children are asleep! This one really helps and the ingredients are great.
The price and tasty are good. but the powder is so bad. it is messed up so bad. I really think that's not good
great ingredients and the banana nut bread tastes/texture like a banana smoothie.
Not sure if it works fine, however the taste is so sugary. Couldn't really finish the box.
I am disappointed in this as it is just too, too sweet. I have not used it enough to know if I am realizing any benefit. Have been adding collagen powder which cuts the overwhelming sweetness to a bearable level, and I love sweets. Wish it came without sucralose.
