Easy on the body, has helped with constipation, bloating, and gas!
This BioGaia Gastrus product contains strains of L.Reuteri, which has been studied to help with certain gut related issues, and the research has grown over the years. I have taken many probiotics for many years, and this one was recommended specifically because I was still having issues with constipation, gas and bloating to go along with GI and IBS issues, which can make day to day life less comfortable and create a lot of bodily stress. I'm very happy that this product was brought to my attention, because they are easily digested chewable tablets, and you can even use them to make your own probiotic yogurt with. The first few times taking it, I could feel my gut working differently and the outcome seems to have been pretty quickly happening, and less gas and bloating, and better breakdown and digestion and transit time through my gut. I really hope the trend continues, but I'm definitely going to be taking it for a while to implant these important strains so they can do their work. Definitely worth a try for gut health.
