These really work!These are really strong with a 5mg serving per tablet and do not recommend taking when you have to get up in less than 6 hours after sleeping. I took them on days where I was looking to get 5-6 hours sleep and I really struggled both times. The next time I made sure to take them well beforehand (1hour) before and on days I was going to get 8 hours sleep and was fine. Note: I usually get up no problem with 5-6 hours sleep, I just wanted the melatonin for better slee quality
My ten year old has had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember, and he went right to sleep after getting a quarter of one of these. However, I have always been a bit nervous to give melatonin, as it's a hormone (a synthetic one at that) and there's not much known about taking this long term. He's taken it for two nights, but I don't think I'll give it every night, it makes me too nervous. Also - 5mg is WAY more than what's needed. I break them into quarters and that is good enough.
my daughter uses this nightly alternating with 3mg every other day. She is neurodiverse and struggles with major anxiety. She used to take anywhere from 3-5 hours to fall asleep each night. Bedtime is so much easier when she takes her melatonin. She loves the flavour and being able to chew it as she has swallowing difficulties and regular tablets par real difficulty.
I love these come in a glass bottle. Good flavour, very mild not overpowering. Not very sweet which is wonderful. If you’re taking them at night you don’t want to have a sweet sugary thing. I have been very happy with the pregnancy I get a good night sleep with them have bought them a few times and will buy again.
I really like 5 mg it’s immediate release tastes good , not too much sugar I take it 30 minutes before bed and so do my teenagers., Importantly they are the nutrients to Support to calm the nervous system must be taken as well .. plenty of magnesium glycinate night especially if they’re stress hyperactive Adhd involved lol . Calm swing or yoga yin pose before bed a great idea too . After a few months try a night off each wed and Fri . 2-3mg a good dose to start on . A good idea is to keep to the lowest affective dose. All the hormones in our body work together in a symphony so a delicate balance needs to be maintained . The benefits ~ it tell the body /brain it’s time to sleep . Great for shift workers. Dosage one tablet typically. The size is a tiny chewable tablet

This is a perfect supplement for a good night sleep. The taste is really great and it really helps relaxing body mussels as well as getting rid of insomnia. I take it on a daily basis and recommend it as a natural supplement for sleeping that made me stop going to clinics asking for a medication to sleep.
