ingredient is very finely grounded, so I baked my crackers n round balls easily even after mixing up my balls with my quinoa balls. taste fresh and even fragrant just on its own. use in baking mainly but going to try out steaming with it. quality is good with its fragrance n colour. size is small, unsure if they have larger serving. good for diet as it is gluten free.

first time trying brown rice flour although i drink brown rice cereal. I mixed this with bread flour or plain flour for the first trial to make bread. It turns out pretty ok . I will add higher percentage of this flour the next round.
