Really delicious, soft and crunchy texture. It's really sweet. But it's a perfect protein bar. 20g of protein. Perfect for a snack or pre or post workout. These are the best bars with the high protein that I need because I have hypoglycemia and I cannot do chocolate which so many bars have in them.

Great taste for a vegan protein bar! Good size and really filling, but be aware the calories are 300 per bar not the 270 it says on here if this matters to you.

I love CLIF builders bars. These are white chocolate covered version, which offer a slightly richer flavor and texture. A nice change to the regular brown chocolate versions to keep things exciting. Will buy again.
