This supplement has an added benefit of being liposomal, so I can take with or without food and be confident with the absorbtion rate. There is no taste, but there is an odd and kinda creepy smell, but it did not linger afterwards. The packaging was a bit hard to get into but I would rather that than no safety protocols. Perfect for me, thanks!
