this is really great quality, takin' it w/ msm/chondroitin/glucosamin and it does work. I was supposed 2 go do meniscus tear repair surgery and for almost 3 years I didn't, thanks 2 these ingredients and it's anti-inflammation properties. Minus: *It is a NOT a small capsule. It is longish, about 2.5 cm or 1 inch long. It is probably made so big to contain the 1000mg of it. You just have to be really careful when swallowing it. *I am still deciding if I prefer the convenience over the sturdier but troublesome turn cap. A turn cap definitely keeps the product drier and fresher far longer than a "lift and open" flap.
