I've used regular strength Serrapeptase but never this high potency. This stuff is a super natural anti-inflammatory and I use it for joint pain. Recently developed bursitus in my shoulder and I'm hoping this'll help with the painful swelling. Oh, and ps - Serrapeptase is incredible for scars - shrinks them down to nothing! But always be sure to take it on an empty stomach so it can work.
