I like the pill size – they’re small, easy to swallow, and have no taste. However, I became a bit uncertain about the quality when I noticed that the capsules looked a bit odd, with some being bumpy and darker in certain spots while others were not. I’m not sure if this is normal. I originally took them for eye and skin health, but I haven’t noticed any effects. I have since switched to a more affordable brand.

I tried many Astaxanthins,Solgar 10mg, Pure synergy 6mg (2 per day,i.e.12mg daily)- one of my favorite too, but DR Mercola I feel like Golden liquid in my body too. First I bought 12mg,now 4mg too and I will combine it with Dr Mercola krill oil (to add more 😀)
