I quickly came to like these. I didn't notice any major benefits, but neither did I notice any unpleasant side effects that I sometimes get from turmeric products. It's a quality product. There were smaller than I anticipated and barely covered the bottom of the jar. They picture shows about 25 of the original 30 in the bottle.
