I think this helped my seasonal allergies but didn't eradicate them (unfortunately). I think it also benefited when I took it with quercetin and bromelain. My midwife told me that you want freeze dried nettle for allergies so... this fits that bill and there aren't any other ingredients in it.

This nettle leaf is very good for my allergies mostly sinuses. I think the ingredients, quality and packaging is well done, but every time I'm ordering it, the price keeps going up. It seems to be overpriced with this last price increase I may have to find another alternative which makes me sad. Maybe if it came in bigger bottle sizes it would be a better price break.
