I drop 30 drops in water daily after meals. The dropper is convenient. This liquid concentrate is gentle on stomach. The only drawback it has is that there are always small crystals left at the bottom of the glass. I shake the bottle well before dropping. But completely in water this silica doesn't dissolve, crystallization remains. This bottle lasts for a month. The bottle and dropper are made of glass, the cap's made of plastic.
